Testimonials
“We selected Advancement Resources to partner with us in designing a bespoke learning programme for our fundraisers in University Development and across the 31 Colleges at Cambridge. It was clear from our first interactions with Ben and his team that they would be able to meet our very specific needs, as the sole organisation experienced in delivering research-based, fundraising learning sessions, built upon adult learning models. Developing the programme with Ben has been a true partnership; he has shown flexibility beyond expectation and his ability to listen to and interpret our needs has made the process a pleasure. It has been consultative and efficient, resulting in a rich and reflective experience for our fundraising colleagues. Since the start of the programme in 2020, we have trained over 60 colleagues, with a third cohort launching this spring, working towards embedding a common language and practice across the fundraising community.”

“Our partnership with Advancement Resources was exactly what our philanthropy team needed. We are expanding our comprehensive physician engagement program with Advancement Resources’ help and having our team educated in how to better engage major donors, physicians, and other healthcare professionals was a critical next step in the process. Their training was transformational in the way it engaged, informed, and created an extremely positive professional development experience for all involved.”

I’ve been exposed to many major gift trainings in my 20-year fundraising career and what I appreciate most about Advancement Resources is that they work with each institution to tailor their training to our specific needs. I’ve worked with them at three institutions over the past decade and they continue to evolve their offerings to stay current and meet the needs of the advancement community.
