This new workshop is designed specifically for nonprofit organizations looking to shift or further embrace individual giving strategies at their organization.

The live, virtual training experience provides nonprofit organizations with a multi-faceted roadmap for establishing an optimal infrastructure for maximizing the tremendous opportunity that individual giving represents. To maximize the impact of the session, this workshop is designed for multiple participants from each organization to attend together—executive directors, program directors, key executives, and development professionals—to help create a shift in their culture.

Dates and Times

The three sessions of the virtual workshop will be held from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. CT on the following dates:

Tuesday, February 22, 2022
Wednesday, February 23, 2022
Thursday, February 24, 2022

Virtual workshops are held live. Participants should attend all sessions for the full workshop experience. Workshop recordings and/or make-up sessions are not available.

Classroom Engagements

Participants will attend three 3-hour sessions in a real-time virtual classroom. This experience features networking opportunities, application exercises, and interactive facilitator support.

Sessions are scheduled for each individual workshop offering, with three sessions taking place over a one-week period. Participants in each cohort should be prepared to attend all sessions, as this is not a webinar, and interactivity is essential to the success of the experience.

Technical Requirements

Participants are required to download the Zoom™ application in order to participate in the workshop. Participants should be prepared to use an individual computer, speakers, a microphone, and a strong internet connection.

A detailed welcome guide will be sent to all participants prior to the first session.

Individual Coaching

Individual coaching engagements are designed to address the unique needs of each participant. All Advancement Resources coaches have completed comprehensive training and approach each engagement utilizing decades of professional experience in applying donor-centric principles as a practitioner.
