Every registration for Elevate: Coaching Essentials for Managers now includes three 55-minute individual coaching sessions with one of Advancement Resources’ experienced coaches.

Date and Time

The two sessions of the virtual workshop will be held from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. CT on the following dates:

Monday, March 24, 2025
Tuesday, March 25, 2025

Virtual workshops are held live. Participants should attend all sessions for the full workshop experience. Workshop recordings and/or make-up sessions are not available.

Classroom Engagements

Participants will attend two 4-hour sessions in a real-time virtual classroom. This experience features networking opportunities, application exercises, and interactive facilitator support. To enhance the virtual experience, all workshop materials will be provided in a digital format and can be printed for individual usage, if desired. Participants should be prepared to attend both sessions, as this is not a webinar, and interactivity is essential to the success of the experience.

Pre- and Post-Work Assignments

Participants receive a pre-workshop assignment with instructions for accessing the virtual classroom, as well as questions for reflection and preparation to complete in-class activities.

Technical Requirements

Participants are required to download the Zoom™ application in order to participate in the workshop. Participants should be prepared to use an individual computer, speakers, a microphone, and strong internet connection.

A detailed welcome guide will be sent to all participants prior to the first session.

Individual Coaching

Individual coaching engagements are designed to address the unique needs of each participant. All Advancement Resources coaches have completed comprehensive training and approach each engagement utilizing decades of professional experience in applying donor-centric principles as a practitioner.

We’re thrilled to provide a professional coaching experience that will ensure you have every opportunity to apply the research-based concepts that drive the performance of the most successful development professionals! To maximize outcomes, coaching sessions should be scheduled and completed within three months of the workshop.

CFRE Credits
