Melissa leads business operations for Advancement Resources with teams focused on strategy, HR, accounting, finance, IT, client scheduling, travel planning, and engagement logistics.
With more than 15 years of experience in operations, client services, marketing, and business development, Melissa often draws on this experience to support cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiencies.
Outside of Advancement Resources, Melissa is active with her local PK-12 community school district and enjoys quality time with her husband and three children.
