Troubleshooting e-Learning Modules
- Advancement Resources’ e-Learning modules are optimized for use in a Chrome browser.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why don’t my assigned courses show as “Complete” after I finish them?
A: In order to mark courses complete, users must click the “Exit Course” button on the final screen of the e-Learning modules and wait until the browser returns to your e-Learning course list. If you have completed a course but did not click “Exit Course,” you may resume the course by clicking the “Continue” button and selecting “Yes” when asked to resume where you left off.
Q: Do I need to turn on sound to take these modules?
A: e-Learning modules are narrated and frequently feature impactful videos from the myAR library. Therefore, we strongly suggest users turn on sound or use headphones while completing the modules.
Q: What if I forget my password or username?
A: The myAR login page (https://myar.advancementresources.org/Login.aspx) has 2 red links to access if you forget your username or password. When you click on the links, you will be prompted to add your email address and your information will be emailed to you. If you have more than one email address, make sure you enter the address associated with your account. Please note that your password is case sensitive and will contain both upper and lower case letters.
