Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be committed to providing best-in-class service to many of the top academic, healthcare, and non-profit organizations in the United States, Canada, UK, and Australia in order to help them advance their missions. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize and balance several tasks, flexibility, and strong organizational skills are required.

Job Responsibilities
While you might get to work on many things at Advancement Resources, you will join the client services team to provide the best possible experience while working closely with both internal and external customers to manage and coordinate multiple projects. This means you will:

  • Understand the company’s goals and priorities, including our clients, markets, services, and overall culture
  • Assist with executive/administrative support and business development functions
  • Arrange in-person, virtual, and phone meetings with clients and potential clients
  • Coordinate logistical details with client contacts for in-person and virtually delivered engagements
  • Write proposals and agreements for client engagements
  • Provide support for all business functions as necessary recognizing that in a small entrepreneurial company many additional duties and responsibilities are shared
  • Occasional travel to client sites, as assigned. This requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 40 lbs., and an international passport (or ability to obtain)

  • Administrative experience is a plus
