Position Summary
The Client Services Coordinator partners with client organizations to ensure successful planning and delivery of onsite and live, virtual engagements. This position is responsible for communicating directly with clients, sharing and gathering logistical details for engagements, and serving as a liaison to several internal teams including account management, design, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client organizations
  • Gather and enter logistical details in appropriate online platforms
  • Track materials for each engagement for appropriate method of delivery
  • Share materials, logistical details, and evaluations with clients based on agreed schedule
  • Schedule and organize pre- and post-engagement calls between account managers, facilitators, and clients
  • Coordinate and track projects from inception to completion
  • Monitor main phone line when required
  • Assist facilitation teams during virtual and onsite workshops
  • Possess attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Display a positive, friendly, and respectful attitude towards clients and coworkers

Physical Requirements

  • Performs 8 hours of an 8-hour day in a sitting or standing position behind a desk when in an office setting
  • Operates computer equipment
  • Occasionally lifts 10-20 lbs. (e.g. boxes, paperwork)

  • Organized and extremely detail-oriented
  • Ability to schedule and track client engagement processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Environment
While performing duties of this position in the office, the employee will be in an office setting, with moderate to low noise level.

This position may qualify for a flexible work arrangement.

Work Schedule
The employee typically works Monday-Friday with hours between 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. CT but may be required to work/travel some evenings and weekends to meet client requirements.

This position is Non-Exempt.
